ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) – tai keliolikos knygų biblioteka, aprėpianti įvairias įmonių IT paslaugų valdymo sritis. Pagrindinai tai skirstosi į dvi sritis: Service Delivery ir Service Support. Pirmoji apiema paslaugų pardavimus, sutartis ir pan., o antroji – techninių dalykų valdymą. Šios dvi sritys kartu vadinamos ITSM (IT Service Management). Kitos papildomos ITIL sritys susijusios su paslaugų valdymo metodologijų diegimu, susiejimu su bendraisiais verslo tikslais ir t.t.
